Promoter
- This promotional lottery (the “Promotion”) is organised and conducted by
Chicago Restaurants Ltd, the franchise holder of McDonald’s in the
Republic of Mauritius (“the Promoter”).
- The Promotion is conducted under the supervision of the Gambling
Regulatory Authority (“GRA”).

Acceptance of Terms
- Participation constitutes full, unconditional and irrevocable acceptance
of these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be available in-store and online for the
duration of the Promotional Period. Participants are encouraged to read
them carefully before entering.

Eligibility
- The Promotion is open exclusively to legal residents of the Republic of
Mauritius aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry.
- The following persons are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents,
franchisees, contractors or representatives of the Promoter;
- Employees or representatives of advertising, digital,
promotional or prize-fulfilment agencies associated with the
Promotion;
- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and
persons residing in the same household as any of the above.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any
entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Promotional Period
- The Promotion runs from 19 February 2026 at 09:00 to 26 March 2026 at
18:00 (the “Promotional Period”).
- Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall be automatically
disqualified.

How to Enter
- For every minimum purchase of Rs 500 made in a single transaction at any
participating McDonald’s Mauritius restaurant during the Promotional
Period, a participant shall be entitled to one (1) entry.
- Multiple receipts may not be combined to meet the MUR 500 threshold.
- Participants must:
- Scan the QR code displayed in-store;
- Complete the online entry form in full;
- Provide accurate and valid personal information.
- Each qualifying transaction entitles the participant to one (1) entry
only.
- Participants may enter multiple times during the Promotional Period,
provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying transaction.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase and
disqualify any incomplete, fraudulent, automated, manipulated or
duplicated entries.

Draw Details
- Two (2) separate winners will be selected by random draw.
- Both draws shall be conducted on 30 March 2026 under the supervision of
the GRA at the Mauritius Turf Club (MTC).
- For each draw, one (1) winner and one (1) reserve winner shall be
selected.
- In the event that a winner:
- Cannot be contacted within five (5) working days;
- Fails to provide required documentation;
- Is found ineligible; or
- Declines the prize,
the reserve winner shall be declared the winner, subject to GRA
approval.
- The decision of the Promoter and/or the GRA in all matters relating to
the Promotion shall be final and binding.

Prizes
- Each winner shall receive a prize package consisting of:
- Two (2) return economy class air tickets;
- Hotel accommodation (twin sharing) for a period determined by
the Promoter;
- Two (2) match tickets to attend the Final of the Coupe du Monde
de la FIFA 2026™.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for
cash, and may not be resold or otherwise commercially exploited.
- Travel dates, airline, routing, accommodation, and logistical
arrangements shall be determined solely by the Promoter and/or its
appointed service providers.

FIFA Trademark & Liability Disclaimer
- The FIFA World Cup 2026™ name and logo are trademarks owned by
Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”) and are used
under licence where applicable.
- FIFA is not a sponsor, administrator or endorser of this Promotion.
- FIFA shall bear no liability whatsoever for any claim arising out of or
in connection with this Promotion or the awarding or use of any prize.

FIFA Ticketing Terms & Conditions
- Winners and their guest (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA
Ticket Terms of Use and Stadium Code of Conduct applicable to their
prize ticket(s).
- Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be
provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or
barter.
- Any resale or commercial use may result in disqualification, prize
forfeiture, and ticket invalidation.
- FIFA reserves the right to cancel tickets where an Attendee fails to
comply with applicable terms.

Winner Notification & Verification
- Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time
of entry.
- Winners must provide valid identification and proof of purchase upon
request.
- Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in
disqualification.

Force Majeure
- If the Coupe du Monde de la FIFA 2026™ is postponed, cancelled, modified
or relocated for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the
Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize
of equal value, subject to regulatory approval where required.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for failure to perform due to acts of
God, war, civil disturbance, government action, public health emergency,
natural disaster, airline disruption, or other force majeure events.

Publicity & Marketing
- By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, image,
voice and photographs for promotional purposes without additional
compensation.
- Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional
activities.

Data Protection
- Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 2017 of the Republic of Mauritius.
- Data shall be used solely for administration of the Promotion and prize
fulfilment.
- Data shall be retained only as long as necessary to comply with
regulatory obligations.
- Data may be shared with service providers strictly for prize fulfilment
purposes.

Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable
for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from participation in
the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability which cannot be excluded
under Mauritian law.

General
- The Promoter reserves the right, subject to regulatory approval where
required, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.
- Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may
result in disqualification and legal action.
- The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion shall
be final and binding.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic
of Mauritius, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the
Mauritian courts.
